I’m Niki – a creative mama/former therapist/artist/writer living with my rambunctious squad (8, 5, 2) and my hubby in the Midwest. I have been crazy about cooking, nutrition, health and psychology since I was a kid. I love to share my recipes and tips for healthy eating in between the occasional fast-food burger and pizza feast. I’m all about overcoming body-image issues, eating and moving for wellness, self-love, self-care, following my inner guide, and doing whatever it is that makes me feel good day-in and day-out.
